FIVE CUTTING GRADES OF FINISHING PADS

T80 YELLOW	HEAVY-CUT FOAM PAD This pad has an aggressive cutting action that will remove deeper scratches, overspray, severe swirl marks, 1200/1500# sanding disc marks, and heavy oxidation when used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds.
T60 BLUE	MEDIUM-CUT FOAM PAD This pad has a moderate cutting action that will remove 1500/2000# sand scratches, overspray, and surface imperfections when used in conjunction with polishing compounds.
T40 ORANGE	MEDIUM-CUT (One Step) FOAM PAD This pad is universal and multi-purpose, it has a light cutting action, and will remove scratches and swirl marks while leaving a level and smooth surface, can be used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds or micro-fine compounds.
T20 WHITE	POLISHING/FINISHING FOAM PAD This pad is multi-purpose, it has a mild cleaning action for removal of ultrafine swirl marks, car wash scratches, and hazing, leaving a swirl-free gloss finish when used in onjunction with finishing polishes.

Warranty

If the goods are not as advertised, are not fit for purpose, or are defective, we will fully refund the balance paid for the goods including any delivery charges you have paid. You have thirty (30) days from the date of shipping to initiate the return of the items. Exceptions to the thirty (30) day requirement will be considered on a case by case basis.

The refund will be issued within seven (7) days of the receipt of the returned goods, in the condition in which you received them. You may be asked to bear the return delivery charges incurred.

Please advise us of your concerns and intentions and allow us a reasonable time to work with you in resolving your issues.

 

Postage Charges

Many of our products ship free to metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. This calculation is based on your account location.

• On checkout you may see a small additional postal charge if your shipping postcode lies outside the free shipping zones.
• Similarly, if you use the calculator for a postcode other than your account postcode, you will see a small additional charge as well.

 

Combined Shipping Charges

We always combine shipping for multiple items. Sometimes the automated system overstates the postage charge. Where this occurs we will refund the overcharge within three (3) days of shipping.

 

Delivery

We will ship your item(s) as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. If there is a delay in supply from our providers we will contact you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for stock to arrive.

 

Collection

Some items can be collected from secure third party locations. Reception hours generally apply Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and in some instances, Saturday 9am to 2pm. We require payment prior to preparing your item for collection. Cash payment (COD) is not available. The exact pickup location will be advised once the item is in place for your collection. Any postage paid will be fully refunded.

Overseas Clients

The onus lies with you, the Purchaser, to ensure all import requirements are fully met for the delivery destination you have provided. Should any Customs charges and/or Import duties be incurred and be payable prior to receipt of your item, payment of these charges is solely your responsibility.
