Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
If the goods are not as advertised, are not fit for purpose, or are defective, they can be returned. 
If, for some other reasons, you are unhappy with the goods, we are keen to work with you to resolve the situation.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
For Australian customers, goods are to be returned within 31 days of receipt.
For our overseas customers, the return of goods will be discussed on a case by case basis

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please return the goods to:
Cycle of Knowledge, C/- National Storage, 50 Lexton Road, North Box Hill, Victoria, 3130, Australia.

HOW do customers return items?
Before returning any items, please email us to discuss the most appropriate return method for your item.

SHIPPING for returns?
We will fully refund the initial shipping costs within seven days of the receipt of the returned goods. 
You, the customer, may be asked to bear any return delivery charges incurred.

CREDIT for returns?
We will fully refund the purchase price within seven days of the receipt of the returned goods.
We will be happy to issue a credit for further purchases, at your request.

Instore return option?
Goods can be returned in person to a third-party location. If you wish, please return the goods to:
Cycle of Knowledge, C/- National Storage, 50 Lexton Road, North Box Hill, Victoria, 3130, Australia.
Once returned, please advise us by email so we can collect the item and initiate the refund process.​

Return Condition?
Items should, where possible, be returned in the orginal packaging and in the condition in which you received them?
Where items exhibit clear evidence of use, they will be deemed 'second-hand', and reserve the right to refund less than 100% of the purchase price.

Our business is only successful because of you, our customers. Should you have any concerns not addressed by the above policies please open a discussion with us. We genuinely wish to reach a resolution with which is acceptable to both parties.
