WHEN will orders ship?
Products may be shipped direct from one of our local supplier's warehouses, or from our distribution warehouse in North Box Hill.
We have supplier's located in most Australian states. Products normally ship within 2 to 4 days.
If there is a delay you will be contacted with an option of waiting, swapping to another product, or taking a full refund.
Are orders shipped from overseas locations?
No. All products are shipped from Australian warehouses.
Some of our suppliers have experienced low local stock levels because of supply chain delays in sourcing from overseas.
If this occurs you will be contacted with an option of waiting, swapping to another product, or taking a full refund.
