NXTDAYSHIP Embroidery Service
EM01S ONE time SETUP of
Simple TEXT or simple GRAPHIC embroidery
This cost is incurred once to maufacture the embroidery template
Subsequent use of the embroidery template, to APPLY embroidery to garments, hats, caps, bags, etc., is an additonal charge.
The APPLICATION charge varies by complexity of the embroidery, and the number of applications required. Volume discounts are available.
Once the embroidery has been applied, the item and the embroidery become an item specially manufactured for you. A lead time for up to 10 business days is required to apply the embroidery.
Application costs are determined by the:
- Type of design e.g. text / simple graphic, or complex graphic
- Size of the embroidery e.g. standard or extra-large
- Number of items i.e. volume discounts apply
** The following additional conditions apply:
- EM01S (the machine template setup of the TEXT)
is a prerequisite for EM01A (the APPLICATION of the embroidery using the machine template)
- Simple TEXT embroidery is limited to 6cm to 12cm in length and 3 colours of less
- Simple GRAPHIC embroidery is limited to 6cm x 8cm and 3 colours or less
- Your nominated embroidery location is suitable for embroidery
e.g. side of a sports bag, or above the right breast pocket
- Items to be embroidered must be purchased from NXTDAYSHIP through one of their sales channels
- Once the embroidery is applied, the item and the embroidery combine to become a 'bespoke' item build specially for you, and can only be returned for a refund where Australian Consumer Law applies e.g. for faulty workmanship . No refunds will be issued for a-change-of-mind circumstance.

We always combine shipping for multiple items.
Shipping and Delivery
We try very hard to ship your item on the first business day after payment has been received, but this is not always possible.
Australian public holidays may or may not be national holidays. We are based in Victoria and abide by Victorian public holidays. Few postal or courier services are available on these days.
In addition to normal Public Holidays, most of the manufacturing and distribution businesses on which we rely CLOSE OVER THE CHRISTMAS to NEW YEAR holiday period. Some remain closed until mid-January. If demand outstrips our available stock there may be a short delay before items can be shipped. IF THIS OCCURS and your item is delayed we will contact you to seek your instructions as to whether you are happy to wait, may wish to substitute, or even receive a full refund.
Some of our items ship from very large distribution warehouses. These suppliers often require additional handling lead-time to pick the items from the racks and prepare them for shipment. Wherever possible we advise any anticipated delays in the item ads.
Items that are too heavy or too large for AusPost require courier delivery. Couriers typically require an extra day for booking and scheduling of the pickup.
Some items are manufactured specifically for you, based on your order. These items are clearly marked as requiring manufacture, with advice of the anticipated manufacturing timeframe required. ITEMS MANUFACTURED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU have limited resale value and CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Under some circumstances a heavily discounted refund price may be negotiated.
Some items are imported specifically for you, based on your order. These items are clearly marked as requiring a lead time to allow shipment from overseas countries.
All items shipped by Cycle of Knowledge have tracking. To facilitate the fastest possible delivery of your items we use a number of shipping systems. Unfortunately not all these systems have an automated method for providing the tracking information. Where we can we will always load your tracking details and match it to your order so you can access it.
SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEM please contact us first and allow us to initiate a quick check of where your item is. 95% of all concerns can be addressed this way. Some concerns are more complex and may take a little longer.
Some items are available for collection. For these items, collection is clearly noted in the item description. Please see below for locations and pickup times.
Cash payment (COD) is not available. Payment is required prior to collection. Once payment has been received, and your item is in place for collection, the pickup location will be then advised.
If you wish, you can use your own courier to collect your items. We will provide you with the shipping dimensions, the pickup address, and the access times. You will need to provide us with the shipping manifest to be attached to the items.
Please send us a quick note indicating you wish to collect. This helps us to watch for your order. 98% of parcels are posted.
Occassionally items that can be collected, are incorrectly listed as 'must be shipped', and require you to pay for postage. We apologise for this.
If you PAY FOR BOTH the item AND the applied postage, we will fully refund the postage. This will happen shortly after your item is in place and ready for collection.
If you want to ONLY PAY FOR THE ITEM and not the postage, please place your order BUT DO NOT PAY. When we see your order we will remove the postage and resend the invoice. Your will then be able to pay for the item only.
This item is EXPORTED from Australia unless otherwise noted.
Import Custom Duties and Fees
The onus lies with you, the Purchaser, to ensure all import requirements are fully met for the delivery destination you have provided. Should any Customs charges and/or Import duties be incurred and be payable prior to receipt of your item, payment of these charges is solely your responsibility.
To the best of our knowledge, there are no additional Customs charges or Import duties.

This item can be collected from NORTH BOX HILL, MELBOURNE, Australia
The exact address is advised after the items are in place and ready for your collection. Your items are stored securely until collected. When you are advised of the pickup address, please got to the Reception desk. Reception is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. This collection location is closed on Public Holidays.
Items are collected daily from this supplier. It would be unusual for shipping to be delayed.
The Supplier for these items takes a short break between Christmas and New Year. There is normally a minimal disruption in shipping items over this period.
On weeks containing public holidays the delivery schedule may vary.
Images are reproduced by arrangement with the Supplier for this item.

If the goods are not as advertised, are not fit for purpose, or are defective, we will fully refund the balance paid for the goods including any delivery charges you have paid. You have thirty (30) days from the date of shipping to initiate the return of the items. Exceptions to the thirty (30) day requirement will be considered on a case by case basis.
The refund will be issued within seven (7) days of the receipt of the returned goods, in the condition in which you received them. You may be asked to bear the return delivery charges incurred.
Please advise us of your concerns and intentions and allow us a reasonable time to work with you in resolving your issues.
You have thirty (30) days from the date of shipping, or a greater time as specified under Australian Consumer Protection laws, to initiate the return of the items. Exceptions to the thirty (30) day requirement will be considered on a case by case basis.
FOR RETURN ITEMS:
1. Please contact Cycle of Knowledge Innovative Solutions Pty Ltd ("the Retailer"), to discuss the issue you have encountered. 2. When requested by the Retailer, please return your item with appropriate tracking information to CYCLE OF KNOWLEDGE, P.O.BOX 5082 LABURNUM VIC 3130 AUSTRALIA. 3. On receipt, the Retailer will assess the item and advise whether the item will be replaced or repaired, and the refund to be issued.
FOR ITEMS NOT TO BE RETURNED:
1. Please contact the Retailer to discuss the issue you have encountered. 2. Because it is not economic to return some items, the Retailer may ask you to pass the item to a local charity shop, or dispose of it in a thoughtful manner. 3.The Retailer will issue the refund as soon as possible.
